6th Grade Science
Notes:
In 6th grade science, students are required to bring their science spiral notebook and science textbooks everyday to class. Students will be expected to hand-write notes in their science spiral notebook each day. If a student is absent, a copy of the notes will be stapled to the absentee board and they will need to tape or write them in their notebook as soon as they have a chance.
Study Guides:
At the end of each unit, students will be given a paper copy of a study guide. They will complete and self-check their guides and study them in order to prepare for the quiz.
Quizzes:
Students will take a quiz at the completion of each science unit.
Activities:
At the completion of each unit, the students will engage in a hands on activity that coincides with the topic of study.
